A: Go to Start, Control Panel, then Add/Remove Programs (“Uninstall a Program” in Windows 7). Select Dacris Benchmarks in the list of programs and click Remove (or Uninstall).

Q: What do I do after I buy?
A: Click Activate when you first start Dacris Benchmarks and enter your serial number (activation key) and click OK. Learn more about activation.
Q: Does activation lock me down to a single PC?
A: No, absolutely not! Just deactivate (Tools – Deactivate) and then you can activate on any other PC. Deactivation is not necessary for Engineer/Enterprise license users.
Q: Do I get free upgrades? For how long?
A: Yes! You get free upgrades for one year.
Q: Does that mean my license expires after one year?
A: No. You will be able to indefinitely use any version released prior to your support period expiring. This means if you downloaded & installed an update released on December 1 and your license expires on December 2, you’ll be able to use the version released on December 1 forever.
Q: Does Dacris Benchmarks support server hardware?
Yes. As long as the minimum requirements are met, Dacris Benchmarks will run on servers. Dacris Benchmarks supports the following server-specific technologies:
- RAID
- Multiple CPUs
- Solid-State Drives (SSDs)
- SCSI
- Windows Server 2003, 2008
Dacris Benchmarks Engineer & Enterprise licenses can be installed on domains.
