What is Advanced Testing?

Sometimes you want to test very specific aspects of your system. Advanced Testing allows you to see how performance changes with various factors. It also allows you to test features that are specific to your system. Think of Advanced Testing as optional testing, to be performed after the standard benchmark tests, to get a more detailed performance assessment for your PC.

Performing Advanced Tests

To start Advanced Testing, click File – Benchmarks – Advanced Testing in the main menu.

You will see a window like the following:

On the left-hand side, you have a list of all advanced tests that are available. Simply select a test and then click Start Test. If there are additional settings to be configured, you will see them on the right hand side.

After a test has run, you will see a graph of results. You can right-click the graph for more options.
