We will request personally identifiable information from you when you register to order one of our products, so that we can contact you. Our online ordering system uses cookies to recognize who you are, and keep you logged in as you browse its many pages. We also use cookies for any polls that may be on our site, to record your vote. These polls are proprietary code and none of the information is given out. Moreover, the only information gathered by the poll is which option was chosen. No browser tags, IP addresses, etc. are ever collected.

The information in support requests gets sent to us via email. In these cases, we may record information about your browser tag and operating system in order to better address your support request. Again, no IP addresses are collected. XMark will export information about your operating system and send it along with the support request. That information is used by us only to help us answer your support question.

We use 128-bit SSL encryption for our online ordering system. Your credit card and personal information is kept secure at all times.

Dacris Software will not distribute any information gathered about our users to any third parties. We do not resell or otherwise give out any information we gather about you.

We will always inform you of any special occasions when this policy may not apply.
