• Added ControlList, ViewBar, CommandContextMenuProvider, and WhidbeyColorTable
• Redesigned docking and tabbed groups for rich designer support
• DesktopAlert and TaskbarNotifier are now inheritable
• TaskPaneGroup animation can be disabled
• MDIList support for command bars
• Fixed many bugs since NetXP 3.0 SP2
