Dacris Software Releases NetXP 3.0 Beta 1
DACRIS SOFTWARE INC., March 16, 2004 -- Dacris Software today released the first build of the long-awaited update to NetXP codenamed "Ceres". NetXP 3.0 is the first version of NetXP which will require a license fee for use in commercial projects. However, NetXP 3.0 will still be free for personal use.
NetXP is a component suite for .NET that developers can use to enhance the way their applications interact with the user. NetXP provides a library of rich user interface controls and components. Development on NetXP 3.0 began in February, and alpha builds were internally tested throughout March. Beta 1 marks the first publicly available build of NetXP 3.0. Only beta testers can download this build, so if you wish to sign up to become a beta tester for this project, please complete an application form at http://www.dacris.com/betasignup.aspx. No applications will be accepted after March 31. The final release is scheduled for sometime in April.
