Q: What do I do after I purchase ActiSetup?
A: After you purchase ActiSetup, you do not need to
download a separate full version. Instead, just enter your activation key into
your trial version and it will be unlocked.
Q: Do I need a separate license for the Dacris Updater?
A: No. The Updater is completely integrated into the ActiSetup
package. When you purchase a license for ActiSetup, you also get Dacris Updater
at no additional charge.
Q: What do I do if my trial expires but I still want to
evaluate ActiSetup?
A: Please send us an email message and we will extend your trial
period by an additional 30 days.
Q: What type of license do I get when I purchase ActiSetup?
A: See the licensing information page.
Q: Does the product activation lock me down to a single workstation?
A: No. The product activation merely validates the key with our online
servers to ensure that the key was issued by Dacris Software. It does not
gather any system information and it does not tie you down to one system. You
can activate as many times as you wish, on as many systems as you wish. Please
keep in mind, however, that you must still abide by the licensing terms and
concurrently use only as many copies as you purchased.
Q: Do I need to purchase separate language packs?
A: No. ActiSetup comes with all available language packs
included. There is no additional fee for language packs.
Q: Do I get free upgrades after I purchase ActiSetup?
A: Yes and no. See the licensing information
page.
Q: What kind of technical support do you offer?
A: We offer 24/7 toll-free email technical support. We usually respond
to email support requests within two business days. We also review
the posts on our forum weekly.
