Also, have a look at the frequently asked questions. You should also look up your question in our online knowledge base. If you still cannot find an answer, you can either post a topic on our online Forum, or you can submit a support request (explained below). Requesting Support From ActiSetupGo to Help -> Support Request to open a Support Request window. Fill in all the fields, and click OK to submit the support request. This will send the support request by email.
