Using This Help File

This help file has been designed to facilitate finding solutions to problems. There are many different approaches to this, each intended to guide you to a solution.

  • Contents tab - All the topics and headings of ActiSetup Help are organized in a tree view

  • Search tab - Type key words, click Search, a related topic will be displayed

  • Favorites tab - Add a useful topic to this list for future reference

Getting Help Within ActiSetup

There are several ways you can get help while using ActiSetup. These are listed below.

  1. The Dynamic Help window will always show you help related to the activity you are doing. When you start ActiSetup, the Dynamic Help window will show you the tip of the day.
  2. You can always find a help button or link on any window. It will usually be marked with a question mark icon or the text Help. Click it to display help for that particular window or section.
  3. Click Help > Help Center at any time to open the ActiSetup Help Center which will give you answers to most of your questions. If you still need clarification on a certain feature, or would like to report a problem, you can always go to Help > Support Request to submit a technical support request using email.
